These chalets are built with a wood frame, placed on a mineral base which compliments the lie of the land and works in partnership with the innovative energy concept combining different simple technologies in order to reach the final objective.
The “Lucido ®” active facade is a combination of wood and glass. The principle is as follows: the glass captures the light rays and will turns them into heat. Subsequently, the grooved wood blades absorb this heat and in turn heat the insulation. Thus, we have a facade that requires no maintenance and becomes a gigantic radiator ensuring a temperature between 15 ° and 25 ° all year round.
